Carr’s Tree Service Inc is hiring for a Crew Member to perform hands-on tree care work, ground operations, and emergency services in Minnesota. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and customer interaction, with opportunities for advancement as you gain skills and certifications.

The team uses rigging, chainsaws, and mowers; a valid driver’s license and ability to obtain a DOT medical card are required. Competitive wages and a strong benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to obtain a DOT medical card.
• Strong work ethic and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies and wear PPE at all times.
• Perform tree care operations: pruning, trimming, removal, stump grinding, debris removal.
• Handle ground operations: brush chipping, mowing, chainsaw work, site cleanup.
• Provide emergency tree services as needed.
• Assist climbers with rigging and aerial operations.
• Stage equipment safely for efficient work.
• Operate and maintain equipment: chainsaws, wood chippers, brush mowers.
• Interact professionally with property owners, officials, and public.
• Collaborate with crew to complete jobs efficiently and learn new skills.
