Job summary

Carr’s Tree Service in Minnesota is seeking crew members for pruning, removal, stump grinding, and emergency storm response. You’ll work outdoors, follow safety policies, use PPE, and assist climbers with rigging and equipment setup.

Candidates must be 18+, have a valid driver’s license, and be able to pass a DOT medical card. CDL Class A or forestry degree is preferred. We offer competitive wages, benefits, and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to obtain a DOT medical card
• Read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Reliable, safety oriented, and able to work in a team
• Physical ability to meet job demands

Responsibilities

• Safety and compliance with company policies and PPE procedures.
• Tree pruning, trimming, and removal operations; ground work and site cleanup.
• Stump grinding and debris removal; emergency storm response when needed.
• Assist climbers with rigging systems and aerial operations.
• Operate and maintain equipment safely; report concerns to leadership.
• Interact professionally with property owners and the public.
