Job summary

Carr’s Tree Service is seeking crew members for hands-on outdoor tree care in the upper Midwest. You will participate in pruning, trimming, and removal operations, assist with emergency storm responses, and help with staging and safety protocols on job sites.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; ability to obtain a DOT medical card.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Reliable, safety-oriented, and able to work well within a team.

Responsibilities

• Safety & compliance: follow all safety policies and use PPE at all times.
• Tree care operations: pruning, trimming, removal, brush chipping, site cleanup, stump grinding, debris removal, storm response.
• Climbing & rigging support: assist climbers with rigging systems and aerial operations.
• Equipment operation & maintenance: safely operate chainsaws, wood chippers, pole saws; inspect and report concerns.
