Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Ability to obtain a DOT medical card.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Reliable and safety-oriented.
• Able to work well in a team.
• Physically capable of demanding outdoor work.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies and wear PPE at all times.
• Assist in tree pruning, trimming, and removal operations.
• Handle ground operations: brush chipping, mowing, chainsaw work, site cleanup.
• Support in stump grinding and debris removal; emergency storm response.
• Assist climbers with rigging and aerial operations.
• Operate and inspect chainsaws, wood chippers, brush mowers; report issues.
• Represent Carr’s Tree Service professionally with customers and the public.
• Collaborate with crew to complete jobs efficiently and safely.
