Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to obtain a DOT medical card.
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Reliable, safety-oriented, and able to work well within a team.
• Ability to meet physical demands and work in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Safety & Compliance: follow all safety policies and wear PPE at all times.
• Tree Care Operations: pruning, trimming, removal, ground work, and debris cleanup.
• Emergency tree services such as storm damage response.
• Climbing & Rigging Support: assist climbers and aerial operations.
• Equipment Operation & Maintenance: operate chainsaws, wood chippers, and brush mowers; inspect tools daily.
• Customer & Public Interaction: interact professionally with property owners and officials.
• Teamwork & Development: collaborate with crew and leadership; learn new skills and accept coaching.
