Job summary

Carr’s Tree Service Inc is seeking crew members for hands-on outdoor tree care. You’ll perform pruning, trimming, removal, and emergency storm responses while following safety procedures and using PPE. The role supports rigging and aerial operations and requires operating equipment and maintaining tools.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to obtain a DOT medical card.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Perform tree pruning, trimming, and removal operations safely.
• Assist with rigging systems and aerial operations.
• Operate chainsaws, pole saws, wood chippers, and brush mowers as trained.
• Stage equipment and materials for safe and efficient work.

Education

CDL Class A license

MN Pesticide Spray License Class A-J

EHAP training

ISA Certification

Degree in Forestry or related field
