Job summary

Carr’s Tree Service is hiring a crew member to join a hands-on, outdoor team focused on safe tree care and efficient job completion. You’ll participate in safety briefings, assist in pruning, trimming, and removal, and support ground operations across residential, municipal, and utility sites.

Responsibilities include equipment operation, rigging support, and staging for safe work. You’ll need a valid license, be physically fit, and willing to learn in a team-driven, safety-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to obtain a DOT medical card.
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively with the team in English.
• Reliable, safety-oriented, and able to work well within a team.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job and work in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Safety & Compliance: Follow all company safety policies and procedures and wear PPE.
• Tree Care Operations: Pruning, trimming, and removal; ground operations; brush handling; stump grinding and debris removal; storm damage response.
