Job summary

Roles include pruning, removal, rigging support, and equipment operation. Strong teamwork and a willingness to learn new skills are essential, along with the ability to work in varying weather and terrains.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to read, write, and communicate effectively.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record; DOT medical card required/obtainable.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies, wear PPE, and participate in safety meetings.
• Perform tree care operations: pruning, trimming, removal, and site cleanup.
• Assist in climbing, rigging, and aerial operations; stage equipment safely.
• Safely operate chainsaws, chippers, brush mowers, and related tools.
• Interact professionally with property owners and the public while on site.
• Work as part of a cooperative crew; take coaching and contribute to a positive team.
