Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to obtain a DOT medical card.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Able to meet the physical demands and work in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies and participate in daily safety briefings.
• Assist in tree pruning, trimming, removal, and ground operations.
• Operate chainsaws, wood chippers, and related equipment safely.
• Support climbers and arborists with rigging and aerial tasks.
• Interact professionally with property owners and the public.
• Work cooperatively with team members and leadership.
