Qualifications

• Must be able to meet physical demands and work outdoors in all weather.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record; ability to obtain DOT medical card.
• CDL Class A license preferred.
• MN Pesticide Spray License Class A-J preferred.
• ISA Certification or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety policies and wear required PPE at all times.
• Perform tree pruning, trimming, and removal operations.
• Operate chainsaws, wood chippers, pole saws, and related equipment.
• Assist climbers and arborists with rigging and aerial operations.
• Stage equipment and materials for safe, efficient work.
• Interact professionally with property owners and public.
• Collaborate with crew to complete jobs efficiently.
