Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to obtain a DOT medical card.
• Must pass background checks and safety trainings.
• Able to read, write, and communicate effectively.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies and wear PPE at all times.
• Perform tree care tasks including pruning, trimming, removal, and stump grinding.
• Operate and maintain chainsaws, wood chippers, and related equipment.
• Interact professionally with property owners and the public.
• Collaborate with crew and leadership to complete jobs efficiently.
