Carr’s Tree Service is hiring for a Crew member to perform tree care operations, equipment handling, and safety-conscious work on residential, utility, and government projects. Daily duties include pruning, trimming, removal, stump grinding, and storm-response tasks.

The role emphasizes teamwork, professional interaction with clients, and a willingness to learn. CDL licensing and related certifications are preferred but not always required.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license with clean record.
• Ability to obtain a DOT medical card.
• CDL Class A license preferred.
• MN Pesticide Spray License Class A-J preferred.
• ISA Certification or ability to obtain.
• Degree in Forestry or related field preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Safety & Compliance: follow all safety policies and wear PPE at all times.
• Tree care operations: pruning, trimming, removal, ground operations, stump grinding.
• Emergency tree services such as storm damage response.
• Climbing & rigging support: assist with rigging systems and aerial operations.
• Equipment operation & maintenance: safely operate chainsaws, chippers; inspect daily.
• Customer interaction: interact professionally with property owners and the public.
• Teamwork & development: work with crew; learn and accept coaching.
