Job summary

Carr’s Tree Service in East Bethel, MN is hiring crew members for hands-on tree care, pruning and removal, stump grinding, and emergency storm response. Training is provided; experience in tree care or equipment operation is welcome.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to obtain a DOT medical card.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Reliable, safety-oriented, and able to work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety policies and wear PPE at all times.
• Perform tree pruning, trimming, and removal tasks.
• Handle ground operations: brush chipping, mowing, and site cleanup.
• Assist climbers with rigging and aerial operations.
• Safely operate tools like chainsaws, pole saws, and wood chippers.
• Maintain and inspect equipment daily, report issues.
• Interact professionally with property owners and the public.
• Contribute to a positive, productive team environment.
