Job summary

Carr’s Tree Service is hiring crew members in Richmond, MN for hands-on tree care, pruning, removal, and ground operations. You will assist climbers, operate basic equipment, and help with site cleanup while maintaining safety standards and customer interaction.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to obtain a DOT medical card.
• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively with the team.
• Reliable, safety-oriented and able to work well within a team.
• Ability to meet the physical demands and work in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Tree pruning, trimming, and removal operations.
• Ground operations including brush chipping, brush mowing, chainsaw work, and site cleanup.
• Stump grinding and debris removal.
• Emergency tree services such as storm damage response.
• Assist climbers and arborists with rigging systems and aerial operations.
• Staging of equipment and materials for safe and efficient tree work.
• Safely operate tools and equipment such as chainsaws, pole saws, wood chippers, and brush mowers.
