Job summary

Carr’s Tree Service is hiring crew members to deliver safe and reliable tree services for utility, residential, and government clients. The role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to safety policies, equipment operation, and professional interaction with property owners and officials.

Training and advancement are available, with strong emphasis on safety and quality work in varied conditions. Applicants should be at least 18, able to obtain a DOT medical card, read and write in English, and pass

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driver's license.
• Ability to obtain a DOT medical card.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Able to meet the physical demands of the job in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety policies and use PPE at all times.
• Perform tree pruning, trimming, and removal; ground operations and site cleanup.
• Operate chainsaws, wood chippers, pole saws, and brush mowers; inspect equipment daily.
• Assist climbers and arborists with rigging systems and aerial operations.
• Interact professionally with property owners, municipal officials, and the public.
• Contribute to a positive, productive team environment and be open to feedback.
