You will present treatment plans with itemized fees, explain insurance coverage and potential benefits, arrange financing, and schedule procedures so care stays on track.

The role requires a confident communicator, strong dental knowledge, and a habit of proactive follow-up with patients

Qualifications

• Confident, calm presence for money conversations.
• Solid grasp of dental procedures, coding, and insurance benefits.
• Able to ask for appointments and follow up without pressure.
• Organized enough to manage weekly follow-up lists and complete them.
• Two+ years in a dental practice, ideally in treatment presentation or financial coordination.

Responsibilities

• Present treatment plans with itemized fees and explanations.
• Explain insurance benefits and out-of-pocket costs before scheduling.
• Arrange financing and payment plans to avoid delaying care.
• Schedule treatments and keep plans moving in the correct order.
• Manage unscheduled and partially completed treatment lists weekly.
• Track case acceptance and report on conversions.
