Qualifications

• Dental insurance knowledge required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Project coordination experience preferred.
• Follows OSHA/HIPAA guidelines and operating procedures.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and dental practice management software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present treatment plans and financial estimates to patients.
• Schedule patient treatment appointments and reschedule as needed.
• Coordinate Doctor and hygiene schedules to maximize efficiency.
• Assist patients with financial arrangements and insurance explanations.
• Handle pre-authorization and treatment paperwork.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance across patient records.
