Todays Dental Alexandria is hiring a Treatment Coordinator to turn a doctor’s diagnosis into a written plan with concrete numbers, present it without pressure, and follow up with patients who postpone decisions.

In this role you will explain procedures, outline insurance benefits, arrange financing, and schedule treatments on the spot, while tracking conversion and maintaining a smooth treatment pipeline.

Qualifications

• Two or more years in a dental practice, ideally in treatment presentation, financial coordination, or insurance.
• Confident, unhurried presence in money conversations.
• Organized enough to manage weekly follow-up lists and to finish them.

Responsibilities

• Present treatment plans with itemized fees and clear explanations of procedures.
• Break down insurance coverage, estimated benefits, and out-of-pocket costs before scheduling.
• Arrange financing and payment plans to minimize delays in care.
• Schedule accepted treatment on the spot and keep plans moving in order.
• Track case acceptance and report on conversion performance.
