Job summary

Tripp Leitner Orthodontics is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to educate patients on treatment options and help set up consultations. You will work with financial arrangements to ensure patients understand payment options and keep schedules full.

Responsibilities include preparing patients for exams, coordinating referrals to specialists, and supporting local marketing activities. A proactive, empathetic team player with strong communication will fit well.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required, college education preferred.
• Minimum one year experience in sales or service industry.
• Bilingual a plus but not required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Educate new patients on treatment options and plan of care.
• Explain financial options and assist with payment arrangements.
• Follow up with potential patients to schedule treatment.
• Prepare patients for exams and coordinate appointments.
• Coordinate referrals to specialists prior to treatment as needed.
