Job summary

Tripp Leitner Orthodontics in Rock Hill, SC seeks a Treatment Coordinator to educate new patients on treatment options, explain financial plans, and build strong patient relationships.

You’ll manage scheduling, follow up on referrals, prepare for exams, and assist with local marketing and events while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; college education preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience in sales or other service industry.
• Bilingual a plus, but not required.
• Ability build rapport with patients.
• Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with patients and coworkers.
• Excellent sales skills.
• Ability to talk to a person, not at a person.
