Job summary

True Smile Orthodontics seeks a Treatment Coordinator in Liberty Hill, TX to educate patients on orthodontic treatment options and financing, and to help keep patient flow high through follow-ups and scheduling.

You will present plans, answer questions, and coordinate with specialists as needed while supporting local marketing and community events. A high school diploma is required, with sales/service experience preferred, and bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year experience in sales or other service industry.
• Bilingual a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Present orthodontic treatment plans and educate patients on the plan of treatment.
• Explain payment options and educate patients on financing options.
