Smile Doctors is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to join our growing team in Plain City, Ohio. Your role involves educating new patients about orthodontic treatment options, assisting with financial arrangements, and building strong relationships with patients.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year experience in sales or service industry.
• Ability to build rapport with patients and coworkers.
• Ability to maintain good working relationships.

Responsibilities

• Educate new patients on treatment options.
• Work out financial arrangements with patients.
• Follow up with potential patients to schedule treatment.
• Coordinate patients referred to specialists.
• Assist in Local Store Marketing and community events.
