Job summary

Smile Doctors is seeking a Treatment Coordinator in Knoxville, TN to educate patients about orthodontic options and help secure financial arrangements. The role involves following up with potential patients, preparing for exams, and maintaining full schedules through consultations and referrals.

Ideal candidates have at least one year in sales or service, strong communication and rapport-building skills, and the ability to work with diverse patients in a fast-paced dental setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; College education preferred.
• Minimum one year experience in sales or other service industry required.
• Bilingual a plus, but not required.
• Ability build rapport with patients.
• Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with patients and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Present orthodontic treatment plans and educate patients on plans.
• Explain financial options and educate patients on payment options.
• Follow up on pending reports and schedule treatments.
• Prepare patients for exams and consultations.
• Arrange consultations or start treatments to keep schedules full.
