Job summary

Smile Doctors is seeking a Treatment Coordinator in Stillwater, OK to educate new patients about orthodontic options, discuss payment plans, and build strong patient relationships. You will manage referrals and help keep schedules full with timely consultations and treatments.

The role requires a High School diploma (college preferred) and at least 1 year in sales or service. Excellent communication and rapport-building are essential, and bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college education preferred.
• Minimum 1 year in sales or service industry.
• Bilingual a plus, but not required.
• Ability build rapport with patients.
• Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with patients and coworkers.
• Excellent sales skills.
• Ability to talk to a person, not at a person.
