Job summary

Tripp Leitner Orthodontics in Rock Hill, SC is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to educate new patients on treatment options, discuss financial arrangements, and nurture strong patient relationships. You’ll manage treatment plans, follow up to schedule consultations, coordinate referrals, and support local events and marketing efforts to keep the schedule full.

The ideal candidate is outgoing, adaptable, with excellent communication; one year in sales or service preferred; bilingual a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; college education preferred.
• Strong sales and customer-service experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Outgoing, approachable, empathetic and proactive personality

Responsibilities

• Present treatment plans and educate patients on the plan of treatment.
• Explain financial options and assist with payment arrangements.
• Follow up with potential patients to set up consultations and keep schedules full.
• Coordinate referrals to specialists when needed and support local marketing efforts
