Job summary

Nowlin Orthodontics is seeking a Treatment Coordinator in Bixby, OK to educate patients on treatment options and payment plans. You will work to schedule consultations, prepare for exams, and coordinate referrals while supporting marketing and community events.

The role requires strong sales and communication skills, a high school diploma, and at least one year in a service or sales role. Bilingual is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; college education preferred.
• Minimum one year experience in sales or other service industry.
• Bilingual a plus, but not required.
• Ability to build rapport with patients.
• Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with patients and coworkers.
• Excellent sales skills.
• Ability to talk to a person, not at a person.

Responsibilities

• Present orthodontic treatment plans, educate the patient on the plan of treatment and overcome objections.
• Understand the practice's policy on working with financials to educate patients on their payment options.
• Work pending reports and follow up with potential patients to schedule treatment.
• Preparation for patient exams.

• Assist in Local Store Marketing and community events.
