Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls, including emergencies.
• Build trusting relationships with new patients.

• Brief patients on treatment plans and practice policies.
• Present treatment plans effectively.
• Schedule appointments efficiently.
• Request patient records as needed.
• Follow up with patients regarding treatments.

Dripping Springs Family Dentistry is now hiring a Full Time Dental Treatment Coordinator in Dripping Springs, TX!

We are seeking a Treatment Coordinator to join our community of collaborative, high-quality clinical, business and operations professionals.

Schedule: Monday & Wednesday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Tuesday & Thursday 7:00 am - 3:00 pm

Responsibilities

• Answers incoming calls to include new patients and emergencies
• Establishing trusting relationship with new patients
• Tracking pending and incomplete treatments
• Brief patients on treatment plans and practice’s policies
• Presenting treatment plans
• Making sure dental goals are being met in regard to dental services
• Appointment scheduling
• Requesting records
• Patient follow ups
• Knowledge of case acceptances, budgeting, and insurance
