Responsibilities

• Answering incoming calls including new patients and emergencies.

• Brief patients on treatment plans and practice policies.
• Presenting treatment plans to patients.
• Ensure dental goals are met for services rendered.
• Schedule appointments and request records.
• Follow up with patients; knowledge of case acceptances, budgeting, and insurance.

Gateway Dental is now hiring a Full Time Dental Treatment Coordinator in Colleyville, TX!

Schedule: Monday & Wednesday 6:45 am - 4:00 pm

Tuesday & Thursday 7:15 am - 5:00 pm
