Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls to include new patients and emergencies.
• Establish trusting relationships with new patients.
• Track pending and incomplete treatments.
• Brief patients on treatment plans and practice policies.
• Present treatment plans to patients.
• Ensure dental goals are met across dental services.
• Schedule appointments.
• Request records as needed.
• Follow up with patients after visits.
