Main Street Dental in Buda, TX, is hiring a Full-Time Dental Treatment Coordinator. Schedule: Mon-Thu 9:00–5:00, Fri 8:00–1:00. Responsibilities include answering calls, presenting treatment plans, scheduling, and managing records and insurance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma
• 2 or more years dental front office experience
• Computer proficiency and ability to learn new programs

• Ability to collaborate with a team

Responsibilities

• Answers incoming calls to include new patients and emergencies
• Establishing trusting relationship with new patients
• Tracking pending and incomplete treatments
• Brief patients on treatment plans and practice’s policies
• Presenting treatment plans
• Making sure dental goals are being met in regard to dental services
• Appointment scheduling
• Requesting records
• Patient follow ups
• Knowledge of case acceptances, budgeting, and insurance

Friday 8:00 am - 1:00 pm
