• Answer incoming calls including new patients and emergencies.
• Establish trusting relationships with new patients.
• Track pending and incomplete treatments.
• Brief patients on treatment plans and practice policies.
• Present treatment plans to patients.
• Ensure dental goals are met for services.
• Schedule appointments.
• Request records and perform patient follow ups.
• Understand case acceptances, budgeting and insurance.
