Dentive in Sugar Land, TX is seeking a bilingual Treatment Coordinator to join our fee-for-service dental team. This role guides patients through treatment planning, financing, scheduling, and case acceptance, with a focus on exceptional patient care and efficient front-office operations.

The ideal candidate is fluent in Spanish and English, has Open Dental experience, and can lead a small team while ensuring accurate insurance verification and timely follow‑through.

Qualifications

Treatment Coordinator (Bilingual Spanish) – Fee-for-Service Dental Practice

Location: Sugar Land
Schedule: Tuesday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: Competitive base salary + performance bonus + benefits + CE opportunities
Treatment Coordinator Pay Range: $24–$28/hour (based on experience)

Position Summary

Treatment Coordinator will oversee the daily operations of the dental office while helping guide patients through treatment planning, financing, scheduling, and case acceptance. This role requires strong leadership skills, advanced Open Dental knowledge, and hands‑on experience in PPO and/or fee‑for‑service dentistry.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, patient‑focused, fluent in Spanish, and experienced in managing both team performance and front‑office systems.

Key Responsibilities

Treatment Coordination
