Job summary

BAART Programs is seeking a Treatment Center Director/Program Director to oversee our OTP clinic. You will lead a diverse team of nurses, counselors and staff, ensuring daily performance and regulatory compliance while guiding operational strategy and patient care quality.

The role requires multi-year leadership of clinical programs, a Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field, and strong budgeting, reporting and stakeholder management skills to support growth and compliance

Qualifications

• Experience as an administrator of a clinical program.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
• Understanding of clinical operations and substance abuse treatment.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and regulatory standards (CARF/JCAHO, HIPAA).

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation and performance of the OTP clinic.
• Manage OTP operations to budgeted results.
• Recruit, train and supervise clinic staff.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies (SAMHSA, DEA, CARF, JCAHO, HIPAA).
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve efficiency.
• Develop and monitor KPI reports and respond to findings.
• Coordinate with Medical Director and QA/QI activities.
• Maintain policy and procedure manuals.
• Maintain confidentiality of patients and staff.
