Job summary

BayMark Health Services is seeking a dedicated Treatment Center Director/Program Director to lead our Opiate Treatment Program (OTP) clinic. You will manage a diverse team and ensure daily operations meet regulatory standards and performance metrics.

As the accountable leader, you will drive census growth, supervise staff, and maintain policy compliance while collaborating with medical and QA teams to deliver high-quality patient care in a regulated outpatient setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
• Experience as administrator of a clinical program.
• Understanding of HIPAA, Federal, State & CARF standards & regulations.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills; supervise staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation and performance of the OTP clinic to meet budgeted results.
• Interview, hire, train clinic staff; evaluate and counsel personnel.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with SAMHSA, DEA, CARF, JCAHO, HIPAA.
• Develop reports on key performance indicators and drive census growth.
• Coordinate with Medical Director and QA/QI activities.
