Job summary

BAART Programs seeks a Treatment Center Director/Program Director to lead our Opiate Treatment Program (OTP) operations. This role guides a diverse team of nurses, counselors, and staff, ensuring high-quality patient care while managing daily operations and clinic performance.

The candidate will supervise staff, ensure HIPAA and CARF/JCAHO compliance, monitor KPIs, and partner with medical and QA/QI teams to drive census growth and ongoing improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience as administrator of a clinical program.
• Understanding of HIPAA, Federal, State & CARF standards.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
• Strategic thinker with autonomous work style.
• Customer service oriented with strong communication.
• Excellent interpersonal communication.
• Satisfactory drug screen and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation and performance of the OTP clinic.
• Manage OTP operations to budgeted results.
• Participate in interviewing, hiring, and training staff.
• Evaluate and manage subordinate personnel.
• Provide direction and relay corporate goals to staff.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with SAMHSA, DEA, CARF, JCAHO, HIPAA.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiencies.
• Develop partnerships to drive census growth.
• Monitor KPIs and report clinic performance.
• Collaborate with Medical Director, Psychiatric consultant, QA/QI.
• Maintain policy manuals and training resources.
• Maintain confidentiality.
