Job summary

MedMark Treatment Centers is looking for an accountable, process oriented leader of operations for our Opiate Treatment Program. The Treatment Center Director oversees a diverse team of nurses, counselors and staff to meet patient needs while maintaining daily operations and performance of the clinic.

The role emphasizes budgeting, regulatory compliance and collaboration with the Medical Director to drive census growth and quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (in business administration or related) from an accredited college or university.
• Understanding of clinic operations and substance abuse field.
• Familiarity with HIPAA, Federal, State & CARF standards & regulations.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with personnel supervision.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for operation & performance of the OTP clinic.
• Manages OTP clinic operations to budgeted/planned results.
• Participates in interviewing, hiring, and training of clinic staff.
• Evaluates, counsels and terminates personnel as needed.
• Ensures regulatory compliance with SAMHSA, DEA, CARF, JCAHO, HIPAA, etc.
• Develops, monitors and reports on key performance indicators.
• Partners with Medical Director and QA/QI teams for improvement initiatives.
