Job summary

MedMark Treatment Center is seeking a Treatment Center Director/Program Director to lead an OTP operation, overseeing a diverse team of nurses, counselors and staff while maintaining focus on patient care and program performance.

The role involves managing clinic operations to budget, ensuring regulatory compliance with federal/state bodies, and driving census growth while safeguarding confidentiality and quality of care.

Qualifications

• Experience as an administrator of a clinical program.
• Strong leadership with ability to supervise personnel and drive outcomes.
• Understanding of HIPAA, federal/state/CARF/JCAHO standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation and performance of OTP clinic.
• Manage OTP clinic operations to budgeted results.
• Participate in interviewing, hiring and training of staff.
• Evaluate and counsel/subordinate personnel as needed.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (SAMHSA, DEA, CARF, JCAHO, HIPAA).
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive operational efficiencies.
• Develop and monitor KPIs and prepare reports on clinic performance.
• Collaborate with Medical Director and QA/QI activities.
• Maintain patient, employee and company confidentiality.
