Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; relevant leadership experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-service mindset.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, Federal & state regulations, and CARF/JCAHO standards.
• Proven leadership with ability to supervise staff and drive performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation and performance of the OTP clinic.
• Manage clinic operations to budgeted results.
• Participate in hiring, training and development of staff.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and prepare required filings and licensure.
• Drive census growth and partnerships to meet regulatory requirements.
