Beacon Hill is seeking a Financial Transformation Consultant to help lead a global treasury transformation initiative from the downtown Chicago office. The role focuses on automating processes and modernizing treasury systems, driving measurable outcomes across finance operations.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in program management within treasury or finance, plus strong stakeholder influence, communication, and execution skills to deliver complex data integrations and governance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of program, project, or portfolio management experience, including finance or treasury transformation.
• Treasury experience in a corporate, banking, consulting, or financial services environment, with working knowledge of treasury operations and controls.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs, projects, or portfolios valued at $2 million or more.
• Experience in large-scale treasury or finance operations.
• Ability to translate treasury and financial strategy into executable plans, operating processes, controls, and measurable outcomes.
• Strong conflict resolution, active listening, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior leaders and align diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to communicate technical, operational, and financial concepts clearly and concisely.
• Ability to balance strategic perspective with disciplined management of tactical details.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable operating in dynamic or ambiguous environments.
• Experience managing treasury initiatives involving complex data flows, integrations, and cross-functional process handoffs
