Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a Transformation Consultant with deep expertise in RTR and Treasury processes to lead strategic initiatives focused on cash management, liquidity planning, and risk management across global operations. You will design future-state processes, implement best practices, and enable technology solutions to support treasury transformation programs.

With 8+ years in treasury operations or finance transformation, you will bring hands-on ERP experience (SAP/Oracle) and Treasury

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
8+ years in treasury operations, finance transformation or controllership with strong focus on treasury processes.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and Treasury Management Systems (Kyriba, Quantum, etc.).

Responsibilities

Lead strategic initiatives to modernize and optimize cash management, liquidity, and risk management operations.
Design standardized, automated, and scalable treasury processes aligned with global best practices.
Collaborate with Finance, Controllership, Tax, Treasury, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of treasury processes.
