Job summary

Instant Alliance, LLC seeks a Senior Treasury Transformation Program Manager to lead end-to-end treasury modernization initiatives in Chicago. You will align programs with strategic goals, deliver ROI, and manage multi‑million dollar portfolios across finance, procurement, and IT.

The role requires strong program governance, cross-functional leadership, and hands-on scheduling, risk management, and reporting using Smartsheet. Hybrid onsite 2–3 days weekly at Willis Tower.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of program, project, or portfolio management experience, including finance or treasury transformation.
• Treasury operations knowledge in corporate, banking, or financial services environments.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs, projects, or portfolios valued at $2 million or more.
• Experience in large-scale treasury or finance operations.
• Ability to translate treasury/financial strategy into executable plans and controls.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, Teams, Visio, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Lead treasury transformation programs and projects from initiation through implementation and benefits realization.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, budgets, milestones, resource requirements, risks, and dependencies.
• Use Smartsheet to manage plans, track milestones, monitor risks and issues, and support cross-functional collaboration and status reporting.
• Establish program governance, decision forums, escalation paths, and stakeholder engagement plans.
• Proactively manage project activities, resource needs, interdependencies, and implementation readiness across workstreams.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Finance FP&A, Digital Technology, Accounting, Tax, Legal, Internal Audit, and other stakeholders to define scope and drive decisions.
• Support proofs of concept, pilots, testing, deployment, and stabilization activities across functional areas.
• Ensure current-state and future-state process mapping and improvements across treasury activities.
• Coordinate training, procedures, and change readiness activities to support adoption and outcomes.
• Monitor performance and provide concise reporting to teams, stakeholders, and leadership.
• Align portfolio initiatives with treasury strategy, ROI, and key results.
