Job summary

TALENT SHIFT is seeking an experienced Treasury Transformation Manager for a Banking Integration project. This fully remote, 4-month engagement requires coordinating treasury activities across numerous international locations, managing timelines and risks, and driving process improvements.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting, 5+ years of treasury transformation experience, and is a Certified Treasury Professional if possible. U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, finance, or related fields.
• 5+ years of Treasury transformation experience.
• Certified Treasury Professional designation preferred.
• Experience with HighRadius preferred.
• Must reside in the continental U.S.

Responsibilities

• Lead global implementation and onboarding of a new primary banking partner across ~140 international locations.
• Assess and standardize treasury operations and cash management processes for efficiency and global consistency.
• Coordinate with regional stakeholders to support account setup, connectivity, and operating model alignment across jurisdictions.
• Drive treasury transformation and change-management initiatives, including process redesign and governance.
