Talent Shift, LLC is seeking an experienced Treasury Transformation Manager for a Banking Integration project. This fully-remote role supports a 4-month engagement with potential extension, coordinating treasury activities across a global footprint.

You will lead onboarding of a new primary banking partner, standardize cash management and bank structures, and collaborate with regional finance and banking stakeholders to align operating models across jurisdictions.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related fields.
• 5+ years of relevant treasury transformation experience.
• Certified Treasury Professional designation preferred.
• Experience with HighRadius preferred.
• Must reside in the continental U.S.

Aufgaben

• Lead the global implementation and onboarding of a new primary banking partner, coordinating treasury activities across ~140 international locations.
• Assess and standardize treasury operations, cash management processes, banking structures, and account frameworks to improve efficiency, control, and global consistency.
• Partner with regional treasury, finance, accounting, and banking stakeholders to support account rationalization, bank account setup, connectivity requirements, and operating model alignment across jurisdictions.
• Drive treasury transformation and change management initiatives, including process redesign, governance, issue resolution, and adoption of target-state treasury practices.
