Job summary

PINNACLE GROUP (Pinnacle Technical Resources) seeks an experienced Treasury Program Manager IV to lead complex transformation programs in Chicago, IL. You will drive end-to-end execution, ensure alignment with treasury strategy, and deliver measurable ROI.

This role demands strong governance, cross-functional collaboration, and hands-on management of schedules, budgets, risks, and data modernization. Hybrid work with 2–3 days onsite is expected, with occasional travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in program, project, or portfolio management incl. finance/treasury transformation.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs valued at $2M+ in finance/treasury context.
• Ability to translate treasury/financial strategy into executable plans, processes, and controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead treasury transformation programs from envision through activation and benefits realization.
• Develop integrated project plans, schedules, budgets, milestones, and dependencies.
• Use Smartsheet to manage plans, track milestones, and report status.
• Establish governance, escalation paths, and stakeholder engagement plans.
• Proactively manage activities, resources, risks, and readiness across workstreams.
• Collaborate with Finance, Tax, Legal, Procurement, and other stakeholders to drive decisions.
• Support concept testing, pilots, and deployment across functions.
• Map current and future state processes and drive improvements in treasury activities.
• Lead change management with communication, training, and procedures for adoption.
• Monitor performance and report clearly to leadership.
• Ensure portfolio initiatives align with priorities, ROI, and key results.
