Job summary

RSM US LLP seeks Treasury Consulting professionals across multiple experience levels to join our Global Treasury Practice. Opportunities span Senior Associate to Manager in Treasury Technology, Operations, and Advisory within financial services, with emphasis on modernizing CFO office workflows.

You will help clients transform treasury operations, optimize processes, implement technology, and improve financial performance, with opportunities domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in treasury consulting, treasury operations, treasury technology, financial services treasury, banking, or finance transformation.
• Experience in one or more treasury disciplines, including treasury technology, cash management, liquidity management, forecasting, payments, bank relationship management, debt and investments, treasury risk management, or treasury operations.
• Experience with Treasury Management Systems and treasury-related technologies, including but not limited to Kyriba, FIS, SAP Treasury, GTreasury, Reval, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with executive leadership, treasury teams, finance organizations, and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Advise treasury, finance, accounting, and operational leaders on treasury transformation initiatives and leading practices.
• Lead or support Treasury Management System implementations, upgrades, assessments, and optimization projects.
• Evaluate current-state treasury processes and design future-state operating models and solutions.
• Gather business requirements, facilitate workshops, and develop functional and technical specifications.
• Assess, troubleshoot, test, and support treasury technology solutions throughout implementation lifecycles.
• Train and advise clients on the effective use of treasury systems and related technologies.
• Support treasury process improvement initiatives across cash management, liquidity, forecasting, payments, investments, debt, and risk management activities.
• Assist clients with treasury policy development, governance frameworks, controls, and operating procedures.
• Contribute to finance transformation, automation, and digital treasury initiatives.
• Participate in business development, proposal development, pre-sales activities, and client relationship management.
• Develop project plans, manage project workstreams, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders.
• Mentor and develop junior staff and project team members.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering high-quality project outcomes.
