Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking Treasury Consulting professionals across multiple experience levels to join our Global Treasury Practice. This role focuses on modernizing the Office of the CFO, treasury technology, and process transformation for corporate and financial services clients.

You will work with clients to implement treasury management systems, optimize cash and liquidity, and design operating models while developing career growth in a prestigious, global firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in treasury consulting, treasury operations, treasury technology, financial services treasury, banking, or finance transformation.
• Experience in one or more treasury disciplines: technology, cash management, liquidity management, forecasting, payments, bank relationship management, debt and investments, risk management, or treasury operations.
• Experience with Treasury Management Systems and treasury technologies (Kyriba, FIS, SAP Treasury, GTreasury, Reval, or similar).

Responsibilities

• Advise leaders on treasury transformation initiatives and leading practices.
• Lead or support Treasury Management System implementations, upgrades, assessments, and optimization projects.
• Evaluate current-state treasury processes and design future-state operating models and solutions.
• Gather business requirements, facilitate workshops, and develop functional and technical specifications.
• Assess, troubleshoot, test, and support treasury technology solutions throughout implementation lifecycles.
• Train and advise clients on the effective use of treasury systems and related technologies.
• Support treasury process improvement initiatives across cash management, liquidity, forecasting, payments, investments, debt, and risk management activities.
• Assist clients with treasury policy development, governance frameworks, controls, and operating procedures.
• Contribute to finance transformation, automation, and digital treasury initiatives.
• Participate in business development, proposal development, pre-sales activities, and client relationship management.
• Develop project plans, manage project workstreams, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders.
• Mentor and develop junior staff and project team members.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering high-quality project outcomes.
