Job summary

First National Bank Of Pennsylvania seeks a Director of Treasury Management IT to lead a ~5–10 person team supporting ACH, Wire, RTP, Positive Pay, Lockbox, and Commercial Online Banking. Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience supporting enterprise banking, treasury management, payments, or digital banking platforms.
• 3+ years of direct people leadership experience managing software engineering or application support teams.
• Experience managing mission-critical production applications with high availability requirements.
• Experience leading complex technology initiatives and cross-functional projects.
• Banking or financial services industry experience.
• Familiarity with API integration architectures, middleware, and modern digital platforms.
• Understanding of cloud technologies, microservices, event-driven architecture, and API platforms.
• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and DevOps practices.
• PMP, Scrum, ITIL, or comparable certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, develop, and mentor a team of engineers and application specialists.
• Serve as technology owner for Treasury Management applications and payment systems.
• Partner with stakeholders to align investments with strategic objectives.
• Participate in Treasury Management modernization initiatives and future-state portal implementation.
• Build strong partnerships with vendors and external providers; report to senior leadership.
• Ensure regulatory, security, and audit requirements are met; drive continuous improvement.
