Job summary

Pacific Life is seeking a Director of Treasury Systems Support to lead the strategy and ongoing optimization of treasury technology platforms, including TMS, payment hubs, and bank connectivity. You will define the technology roadmap, ensure operational excellence, and collaborate across Treasury, Finance, IT, Risk and the wider enterprise.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Treasury/Finance/Technology with leadership experience.
• Experience implementing and managing Treasury Management Systems (Kyriba/FIS/SAP).
• Strong knowledge of banking connectivity, ERP integration, and treasury operations.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end lifecycle of treasury systems, including TMS, payment hubs, and bank connectivity.
• Define and maintain the treasury technology roadmap aligned with strategy and regulatory requirements.
• Lead evaluation, selection, and implementation of new systems and integrations with ERP/finance platforms.
• Ensure high availability, incident management, DR/BCP for treasury platforms.
• Oversee payments processing across ACH, wires, RTGS, checks and new rails; manage bank connectivity (SWIFT, APIs).
• Deliver accurate, auditable data for cash positioning, forecasting, and reporting; enhance dashboards.
