Job summary

F.N.B. Corporation invites a Director of Treasury Management IT to lead a five-to-ten person team supporting ACH, Wire, RTP, and related Treasury products. You will drive production stability, incident response, and modernization efforts toward API-enabled, cloud-based digital banking.

You will partner with product, security, and operations to align technology with strategic objectives, manage vendors, and ensure regulatory compliance in a regulated banking environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in enterprise banking, treasury management, payments, or digital banking.
• 3+ years direct people leadership of software engineering or application support teams.
• Experience leading mission-critical production applications with high availability.
• Strong understanding of Treasury Management and payment services (ACH, Wire, RTP, Positive Pay, Lockbox, Commercial Online Banking).
• Familiarity with API integration architectures, middleware, and modern digital platforms.
• Experience with vendor-managed software solutions and third-party integrations.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience participating in large-scale platform modernization or replacement programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of five to ten engineers and specialists, setting objectives and development plans.
• Ensure stability, availability, and performance of Treasury Management platforms.
• Drive incident and problem management, root cause analysis, and service restoration.
• Oversee production support, monitoring, on-call, and operational readiness.
• Guide modernization initiatives and API-based digital banking solutions.
• Manage vendor relationships, contract deliverables, and escalations.
• Ensure regulatory, security, and audit compliance across applications.
