Job summary

First National Bank is seeking a Director of Treasury Management IT to lead a team of engineers supporting Treasury Management and payment platforms, driving the modernization of the Treasury Management ecosystem. You will oversee production support, vendor management, regulatory compliance, and technology enhancements for ACH, Wire, RTP, Positive Pay, Lockbox, and Commercial Online Banking.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of approximately five to ten engineers and application specialists.
• Establish team objectives, performance expectations, and career development plans.
• Foster accountability, continuous improvement, operational excellence, and innovation.
• Manage staffing, succession planning, workload prioritization, and resource allocation.
• Ensure knowledge transfer, documentation, and cross-training across applications and technologies.
• Serve as technology owner for Treasury Management apps and payment systems.
• Ensure stability, availability, and performance of critical platforms.
• Lead incident and problem management, root cause analysis, and restoration activities.
• Oversee production support processes, monitoring, and on-call support.
• Drive automated improvements to reduce operational risk and improve resiliency.
• Coordinate upgrades, capacity planning, disaster recovery testing, and compliance activities.
• Partner with stakeholders to align tech investments with objectives.
• Evaluate enhancements supporting ACH, Wire, RTP, Positive Pay, Lockbox, and Online Banking.
• Prioritize enhancements and tech debt remediation with product/business leaders.
• Ensure solutions meet security, audit, and regulatory requirements.
